On Saturday, September 19th, UH BGREP Adjunct Professor Gary Husmann, introduced students in the Bauer Graduate Real Estate Club (and Program) to the new Argus Enterprise software. The 6 hours of teaching included commercial real estate finance theory as well as practical hands-on experience using the new Argus Enterprise version (which is replacing the DCF version). For some students it was their first exposure to Argus while others have used it in their jobs or internships.
